Majekodunmi (MJ) is a lawyer, entrepreneur and an impact investor. With over a decade of legal practice experience at a global law firm, at one of Europe's top Banks - Deutsche Bank, and one of Germany's largest energy companies - Uniper, his expertise spans several areas such as: in the field of dispute resolution, commercial law, finance, private equity, M&A, and regulatory compliance. MJ currently serves as Privacy Counsel and Privacy Automation Lead at Uniper where he advises on global data privacy compliance, and leads the privacy automation project.

Beyond his legal practice, Majekodunmi is passionate about financial literacy and advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession in Europe. He founded the Foreign-Trained Lawyers Network, a social enterprise dedicated to amplifying the skills of internationally qualified lawyers and supporting their integration into new jurisdictions across Europe. Through networking events, mentoring opportunities, and collaborative initiatives, he fosters connections between internationally trained and locally trained lawyers, building an inclusive and diverse legal workforce.

He also has a finance consultancy business in Germany, providing investment advice and support in real estate and in the capital market. MJ and his wife Deborah are co-founders of Made Financially, a community-focused format (Made Circle) with the aim of supporting expats who are passionate about building wealth and are not ashamed to talk about money!
